How much does delivery cost?
We charge a flat fee of R95 for delivery within South Africa (R65 within Gauteng) for Main Towns. For other towns, farms and remote areas or for larger parcels we may use, Postnet, Paxi etc. You can also send your own courier to pick up from us.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to deliver within 2-5 days depending on your location. The Courier Guy handle our Main Town packages and you can find out more about them here. Paxi can take up to a week.
My product melted, what should I do?
Please store your products in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.
Our products with unrefined shea butter or virgin coconut oil may melt, separate or go grainy under hot conditions. Do not be alarmed, it is not harmful. To revive, simply mix thoroughly and refrigerate until firm to continue enjoying the benefits of these remarkable ingredients.
How long will my products last?
We make our products in small batches so they are always fresh. We use pure natural oils and butters which have a long shelf life of 1-2 years. You can generally keep our products for at least 6 months after you have bought them even though we are sure you will use them up long before then, they are THAT good!
